The owner, Mulu, has extensive experience as an adult family home provider for the last 12 years. Mainly specialized in Dementia and Mental health. She has been successfully stabilizing behaviorally challenging clients in the community. Also, she is recognized as a founder of a non-profit youth organization focused on reproductive health and HIV/AIDS awareness programs. called "Save Your Generation Association” and actively volunteers in fundraising efforts. And also, she has a management background.
Currently, Tsion runs four adult family homes. Neither facility has incurred any citations and has maintained strong a reputation with DSHS. Family feedback from a patient home communicates with a highly satisfied clientele. He has maintained all adult family home records in compliance with HIPAA and PHI laws. Tsion is an experience charge nurse in Fairfax Behavioral Hospital Everett, WA. He's experienced in handling persons with challenging behaviors, physical and developmental disabilities, mental illness and the elderly. He is responsible and dependable in meeting all resident needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tsion have treated patients with substance abuse/addiction disorders, mood disorders, depressive disorders, psychotic disorders, attention deficit disorders, eating disorders, neurodegenerative and behavioral disorders.
